Payment Disclaimer:

If you cannot make it to a tournament for whatever reason that you have already paid for, we cannot refund you your money or apply it to another payment. Book keeping has gotten to a level of mass confusion and we make payments to coaches and tournament directors as soon as the money is collected each month. For these reasons we ask that you tell us in advance if you know of any prior engagements that will interfere with ANY weekend during the club volleyball season so we can make arrangements. I know things creep up that are not planned and girls can get sick as well, but if they commit to these teams they need to try and attend all tournaments. (NEXT YEAR EVERYONE WILL PAY THE SAME, EVEN IF YOU MISS!)
